Braulio teaches how to use a second leg drag to counter an opponent's foot wipe after you initiate a leg drag pass attempt versus the de la riva guard, as shown in Part 1. He explains that in jiu jitsu it is important to use your opponent's reactions against them. If you attack with a technique and it is countered, you will never progress your position if you stop and reset. However, if you continue attacking and chain techniques together, you will ultimately prevail and achieve what you are after. In this case, that is passing the guard.
