It is crucial to get under your opponent's center of gravity which will make it easy to leg press them above you. After you have lifted them, swing your outside leg around and attack the armbar. If you are having a difficult time leg pressing an opponent because they are keeping their weight back, Braulio shows how he likes to set a trap by folding his knee slightly inward to trick them into thinking they can attack with a folding pass. Once their weight is committed forward, the bait has been taken and leg pressing your opponent should become easy again.
