In this lesson, Braulio goes into detail on how to maintain open guard using his shin on the biceps and a cross collar grip. Utilizing a variety of off balancing movements, he is able to prevent his opponent from establishing control long enough to pass. Additionally, he uses the angles he creates to pivot around his opponent's arm and attack an armbar. He also shows an elevator sweep counter.
