Reverse Estima Sweep from Closed Guard — Part 3/3

Braulio attacks the same series of sweeps shown in Part 1 and Part 2, but when he finds himself caught under his opponent without the ability to escape his head to either side, he switches his inside hook on their near leg to an outside hook on their far leg and uses the leverage provided by the overhook to force his head outside and finish the sweep.

So What if you opponent is a larger individual would you still go for this technique?
