"Cool" Defense vs Back Control, Reverse Duck Under and Bridge Escape vs Back Control — Part 1/2
Braulio teaches what he calls the "cool" defense which he uses to protect his neck from the various chokes his opponent can attack from the back. Once the opportunity presents itself, he passes their arm over his head and bridge escapes.
